Location was excellent, close to subway and train stations and within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Staff were very helpful, organised our luggage to be sent on to our next hotel. Loved having access to a washing machine and dryer.

Clean, great staff, easy location ; Solid 8/10 We liked free snacks and drinks in the afternoon, staff were very helpful, under bed storage and a few extra hangers would have made it a 9/10, with an added coffee machine 10/10

Highly recommend Just Sleep Hotel, Osaka. Staff are extraordinarily hospitable and accommodating, making our stay memorable. Particularly Ka Ipana, who went above and beyond each day to ensure our stay was perfect. I think every hotel would be lucky to have a employee like her. Despite the compact rooms (a common feature in Japanese hotels), they're cozy, equipped with all essentials. Great amenities like free coffee/snacks and an efficient laundry service add to the experience. Top-notch WiFi and location near the station and city center make it a perfect choice for any traveler

Great location, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was the best we have had in Japan so far, a real highlight. Nice touch offering complimentary coffee, drinks and snacks throughout the day in the communal lounge area that has a nice cozy vibe. Felt well looked after and comfortable.

The rooms were well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Plus the hotel was centrally located. We were able to store our luggage there for the day that we checked out so we can explore Osaka further.

Outstanding Breakfast! The best we had in Japan, clean, perfect location, staff helpful giving advise on where to eat, thanks to them we ate the best ramen ever!! Thanks, we will definitely come back!

Really amazing breakfast, very nice staff, rooms really small, but you find that out when you book and if you just sleep there you are happy. Lots of transport options nearby. Clean, nice. That's how I like it.
